Rentals include access to downstairs Grand Hall, Parlor Room, Great Room, Kitchen, Powder Room; Upstairs Bathroom and Bedrooms; Wrap Porch, the Courtyard and the surrounding grounds.
Rental Fee is due upon booking to secure the date.
Rates reflect the amount of time you need access to the house — including setup, cleanup and the event itself.
